Jordi Garcia works as a professional photographer. Since 1975 he has specialised on creative photography. His work has already been exhibited in Barcelona, Madrid, Istanbul, Mailand, Rom, Bologna, Amsterdam, Paris, London and New York. In 2005 he has been awarded with the LUX in his native country Spain.

“I had the idea to create an object typically infantile, but in the same time you have to think of adults. The imagination to hug a teddybear with a penis appeared to me dirty and funny at the same time. I’m interested in the physical incarnation of an idea, either out of a photo or out of a graphic. To transfer it into 3D is always a big challenge.”
